Can the L120 belt hot compress be used over clothing? Can feel the heat?
Yes, it can be used over clothing and you can still feel the heat. The heating effect is not as good as when it is applied directly to the skin.

If the green light is on, does it mean the battery is fully charged?
If the green light is flashing, it means it's charging, and if the green light no flash, it means it's fully charged. If the red light is flashing, it means the controller needs to be charged.
